I’d like to try Philip B. products but I have a question about your return policy. I have sebhorreic dermatitis on my scalp and face and can only use a very limited range of products (I’m currently using some Japanese hair salon brands and Nioxin). In case I get a reaction to your products, what is return policy?
I’d start with the Rejuvenating Oil to loosen any dead cells on your scalp and condition your hair. Next, work some Peppermint & Avocado shampoo into your hair and scalp. Let the lather sit on your head for a couple of minutes so the therapeutic ingredients can do their work, then rinse. Follow immediately with the Anti-Flake Relief Shampoo. (Again, let the lather sink in for a couple of minutes before rinsing.) Our products are made with active levels of healing ingredients and have a proven track record for healing. Please do keep in touch and let us know how the products worked for you.
In the meantime, here’s our official Returns & Exchange policy:

I notice my hair loss in the top of my head is bald. Is there something that I can buy to help restore hair. I can’t believe how bald I am in just at the crown of my head. Please help. I’m 50 years old with shoulder-length hair.
I’m working on a treatment for hair loss it in the lab right now. In the meantime, I’d visit a dermatologist to make sure there isn’t an underlying health or hormonal issue behind your hair loss. There are a lot of effective treatments that can help, so ask your doctor for advice. I always recommend using a shampoo that stimulates your scalp and lifts away any residue, too: My Peppermint & Avocado Volumizing and Clarifying Shampoo is perfect for that.
Whenever I use the Lightweight Deep Conditioning Creme, people ask me what cologne I’m wearing – it never fails. It smells amazing! Any plans to introduce a hand & body creme with the same scent? I’d buy it by the case!
That’s so nice to hear. We don’t have any plans to create a body treatment based on the conditioning cream just yet, but it’s an interesting idea. We’ll definitely take it under advisement!
I’m a stay at home mother. I started using Philip B Anti-Flake shampoo a year ago & my life has been happier. There has been such a dramatic change in my hair that it has made me happier, more youthful, and has made me feel better about myself.
Being a passionate blogger, I will make it a point to spread positive word about your Anti-Flake shampoo so that I can repay your company for making me feel & look 10 years younger with more flake-free & moisturized hair.
Seeing such a dramatic improvement in my hair, I have been paying more attention to taking care of myself as a whole. In a way, Philip B. Hair Care has helped me make my health top priority in life.
I hope many more Americans utilize Philip B hair care in their homes because I truly believe it is a miracle in itself!
Thanks so much for your letter, which cheered our whole team immensely. I’m incredibly happy to hear that the Anti-Flake helped you so much, and hope that you continue to enjoy the line!
I’m using the Russian Amber, Katira, Lightweight Deep Conditioning Creme and Lovin’ Leave-in and I’m very happy with the products. I’m adding more as I go along. My question concerns styling products. I have fine, curly/wavy hair and I need something that will give my waves definition without making them feel crisp. If I don’t use a styling product, I get overly-soft hair that either lies flat if I straighten it or just limps when I air dry. I’m wondering if I can use the styling gel for this and cocktail it with the leave-in to counter any stiffness. Any other suggestions are welcome!
You’ve described the challenge of fine, wavy hair perfectly: Without the right styling products, it can look puffy and undefined. Or flat and undefined. Either way, the trick is to keep the softness and touchability while creating definition and movement. So your instinct of cocktailing the Styling Gel and Lovin’ Leave-In Conditioner is right on. Comb the mixture through damp hair and shape the waves with your hands; once your hair is dry, run your fingers through it to create a sexy, casual pieciness.
