Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time they are paid. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will not be accepted.
Canadian orders shipped via UPS Standard will incur customs' fees payable at point of pick-up. Please contact your local customs office to determine customs' costs. Customs' fees have been known to cost as much as the item.
For our mutual security purposes, we do not process international orders via www.philipb.com. We invite you to visit our Store Locator and/or Online Partners to obtain the nearest retail venue and/or e-commerce partner that stock Philip B. products. Shipping Confirmation Email
When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation email to the email listed on your account. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. You can expect to receive this email within the 1 - 2 business day timeframe. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number.
